Once your new website is considered Approved for Launch, it moves in to the monthly maintenance program. In this process, an update request is received and acknowledged within 24-48 hours by a Web Designer or Customer Service representative. You can send update requests by contacting your Web Designer directly via E-Mail message, or telephone.
- Up to ½ hour of time spent on production on each minor change
- 2 minor changes per month
- Typically, changes made within 5-7 business days

- Typically, changes made in 7-10 business days
